Glomangiopericytoma (GPC) is a rare neoplasm of the nasal cavity that may extend into the paranasal sinuses. The World Health Organization classified GPC as a borderline low malignant tumor with a tendency for local recurrence. Glomangiopericytoma presents a diagnostic challenge to the clinician and should be considered in the differential diagnosis of a unilateral polypoid mass in the nasal cavity. Definite diagnosis is based on histopathological examination. The need for complete endoscopic surgical resection and close follow-up is emphasized.
